Purchase: Found this very good looking rig on ebay for just under $700.00
Likes: Well I was sceptical about buying online but the professionalism of the seller impressed me and made me at ease. The saddle was shipped fast and the quality was amazing considering I only paid $700 for a saddle I could easily sell for twice that much, the leather was top quality, the stitching was flawless, the seat rides extremely comfortable and there were no dry spots on the horse and I could not recommend it enough.
The only problem is my wife has taken over it, and I need to buy her, her own, so will be back for another.
Dislikes: They should use UPS instead of Fedex, seriously. Also there were a few tiny pieces of thread sticking out, but it was no big deal to snip them off, the rawhide on the cantle could have been a bit cleaner, but for the price, I'll take it.
Quality: Top notch construction, very nice lines, excellent corns, leather quality is very nice, and I can easily clean the saddle and the scruff marks come off easily with a little buffing. Really like the leather bound blevins with the numbers on the fenders, makes interchanging with the wife easy, the leather is thick but supple.
Summary: Bottom line, a very nice value for the money you are paying, I could buy 5 saddles like these for the price of one of the bigger names and I am going to sell my Circle Y and get my wife one of these. Sorry, Circle Y you got some competition here.
