Purchase: I purchased this vest at a local equestrian tack & apparel store on sale for $70. I needed something to keep me warm during my winter rides, but not restrict movement.
Likes: I absolutely LOVE this vest! It keeps the most important part warm, your chest. It moves with you when you are riding and has hidden/outside zip pockets to keep your cell/keys in. It also makes me look slim and has a nice contoured cut that is more flattering than square, unlike most vests.
Dislikes: There's nothing negative I can say about this vest.
Quality: This vest is filled with down feathers and is very soft. The outside is made of tough waterproof ariat nylon that holds up to anything. I have snagged my vest countless times while doing barn work and to this day it has never ripped. The inside of the vest has warm fleece to maintain your body heat.
Summary: I would recommend this vest to anyone. It is actually a must-have for the serious equestrian. It does wonders for me when the frost hits and it's freezing cold in the morning when I feed the horses.
