Purchase: After months of research, questions, trial and error, I decided to try a Trekker treeless saddle. My first opportunity came from an Ebay listing. I won the Trekker saddle at $835. Tried the Trekker on a few of my hard to fit horses. Then, I upgraded to a newer Trekker Talent model in the price range of $1100 purchased from a company in England. I am not disappointed and neither are my Standardbreds and Arabs!
Likes: I was certainly "wooed" by the comfort, fit, weight, easy care, and performance of the various breeds while using the Trekker Talent!
Dislikes: I am confused by the many saddle cloths and pads. I am still reading about the various pads and what is the best fit for the best price with the Trekker saddle.
Quality: The saddle is made very well for a treeless saddle. I really like the underneath panels added to the saddle to give the lift necessary off the spinal area.
Summary: I am certainly sold on the Trekker treeless saddle for the
weight, versatility, equine comfort, rider comfort, construction, and durability of the saddle!
