Purchase: I purchased these boots new at www.dehner.com for $480.00, as my old Dehners finally wore out after 15 years of use.
Likes: I absolutly LOVE these boots, they are gorgous. They come in a stock 1" inch taller height so that once broken it they are at STILL at the PERFECT height for Class "A" competion. Once broken in they are the most comfortable boots.
Dislikes: I disliked the pain during the break-in time. I stocked up in mole skin after getting several painful/bleeding blisters, and this was a great help. These boots would otherwise be impossible to break in without the moleskin. When trying them on, it is important to have a person that is very knowledgable in boot fitting to assist you as they are initially uncomfortable when brand new.
Quality: Very HIGH quality boots, with exceptional craftsmanship! I wouldn't ride/show in ANY other boots, as they are SUPERB in every way once broken in.
Summary: Bottom line, I'd rate these boots an A+++ all around. They are perfect for all show rings, international and even Olympic levels!!!
