Purchase: I bought this saddle with stirrup leathers, stirrup irons, and a blue wintec saddle cover on ebay for $380 including shipping and handling.
Likes: The saddle is rather comfortable. It would probably be uncomfortable for trail rides, and it starts to feel hard if you ride in it for a long time. However, the CAIR flaps are very comfortable and cushy. I have also jumped in this saddle, and it is comfortable for that too, although the highest jump I have ever jumped in the saddle is 2'3". The saddle is also very light, which is nice.
Dislikes: The saddle scratches easily. The easy-change gullet system also does not change easily. The last time I had to change the gullet I had to get someone to help me and we still had trouble. The fuzzy part under the flaps also tend to attract horse hair.
I have also had trouble trying to find a bridle to march the saddle, but that isn't too much of a problem.
Quality: The saddle is in a beautiful color! I have had this saddle since March of this year and it still barely shows any wear, except for a few scratches that aren't very visible.
Summary: This is a wonderful saddle! I have ridden and shown in it both on the flat and over fences, and it has held up well. For the rather low price and quality, this saddle is a keeper. :)
