Purchase: I bought this from Smartpak as part of a leather cleaning set - This product was about $15.00. I wanted something for my new saddle and to keep my older bridles and other tack in good condition.
Likes: First of all, it smells wonderful! That aside, it works very well. I used it on an older, dried out bridle and it made it look 5 years younger!! It makes your tack very pliable and soft. I also used it on a cheapie $30 leather breastplate that looked like a $30 breastplate - it made it look like a much more expensive piece of tack! It was great to use on my new, slippery saddle - it made it "tackier" and much more supple.
Dislikes: It is a little greasy, and you need to leave it on for awhile. I clean my tack at home, so it's hard to find a place to hang my greasy bridles while it sits on there.
Quality: This product has very high quality ingredients.
Summary: I will definitely be buying this product again when it runs out. I am very satisfied with how all my tack is looking! I use it in combination with Effax Leather Combi which is a cleaner - they work great together!
