Purchase: I got the velvet cover for my tippary sportage helmet since cold air was blowing through the vents and my head was getting cold when i ride during the winter. My other velvet cover does not fit it properly so i got this one. I don't show in my tippary since i have another helmet that i use for shows. it was $15.95 from smartpack equine. my helmet does look pretty but i got this helmet cover purely for function. Other helmet covers are too thin unless they are velvet to keep you warm, i have tested my theory and it does trap the heat in and keep you warm.
Likes: everything, it keeps my head warm, i wear my survivor buff ( see my review for the survivor buff in english casual apparel) underneath the tippary with it's cover and i am very warm
Dislikes: it is very hard to find
Quality: it has a smaller part for the visor then in the back of it there are two velcro pieces that stick onto the exposed foam that is felt covered on the helmet.
Summary: if you need a velvet cover to keep you warm like me or for show for your tippary then invest in the one made for it, you won't regret it!
