Purchase: I bought this saddle pad from State Line Tack when I was buying a new saddle. It was about $30 if I remember correctly. I wanted a basic all purpose pad for schooling.
Likes: I prefer using the square pads for schooling and keeping my nice white pads for showing only. This is easy to clean, just throw in in the washing machine.
Dislikes: It's not very thick. And though I don't wash it that often, it seemed to lose it's thickness as I washed it. It's about a year old and needs to be replaced already.
Quality: The material seems to be somewhat durable, the stitching is good, and the pimple design does keep it from slipping. I don't use the nylon stirrup and girth loops though, I cut them off.
Summary: If you are looking for a basic saddle bad, this is decent, but not for extreme use. I think I'm going to try State Line's Double-Back All-Purpose Pad next time for some extra bulk.
