Likes: My mare has the knotiest tail. I swear I don't know what she does when I am not around..Probably runs to the nearest thistle bush for a good scratch. Anyway....
This product has really helped keep her tail in check and from becoming a knotted nightmare. It is very thin and seems to have a silicone base wich makes it spread easily in your hands. I simply use about a dimes worth and run it through her tail until it is all worked through. I usually let it sit for a few minutes and then brush it through. Generally after I pick her feet out. It works quickly and does not contain any odors or 'girly' scents and it's not sticky either
Dislikes: It's a little pricy for the size container you get. But the stuff does work well and so far it seems to be lasting a while.
It does also leave a SLIGHT residue on your hands. But it's not awful.
Quality: It comes in a squeeze tube like hair gel and I think the container was about 10 oz.
Summary: I would definaly buy it again when I run out since it has been so helpfull in detangilng her tail.. I only gave it a 4 because of the price. I think it should be less then 10.00
