Purchase: I ordered this product online from Dressage Extensions. The cost was $19.95 + shipping.
Likes: In my opinion, this comprehensive video is a must for riders who are serious about performing to the best of their ability. The video is done by licensed physical therapist, Cheryl Schuhmann. I found the video to contain a good mixture of strength, flexibility, and endurance exercises. The main muscle groups critical to riding are discussed as well as exercised. A small section is also devoted to stretches that should be done prior to riding.
Dislikes: The video and its participants are a bit dated (i.e. leotards and leg warmers), but the content is excellent.
Quality: Not applicable.
Summary: Overall, I think this workout video is a great addition to any rider's regime. It is a great video to tone your body for physical activity both in and out of the saddle.
