Purchase: I paid $188 and some change for this saddle from Ebay.com. I liked the look and extra safety of the leg harness.
Likes: It is a fairly comfortable saddle. It looks very nice. My horse does not seem to be bothered by its' fit at all. It is leather and has nice brown stitching around it. The saddle also has ring bearings for extra baggage or breaststall. I plan to purchase an australian to western converter to solve that problem. The stirrups are large enough for most wide shoe sizes yet not too big. The saddle has the option of coming with or without a horn. The leg harness adds extra security and automatically puts the leg in correct riding form.
Dislikes: The saddle is hard to tighten on the horse for most women, and requires some extra muscle to get it tight enough. I have to get my brother to do it. I am afraid the girth straps will snap, they do not look very strong from a few bends. A western converter would solve this.
Quality: It is leather, stylish, comfortable and a good price. A australian to western converter would be needed to avoid strap breakage and easier tightening of the saddle. Overall the saddle is worth the price.
Summary: It is an OK saddle considering the price. It does have flaws but they can be adjusted.
