Purchase: I saw post listing on cowboy.com's website and then went to Smooth Stride's site.
Likes: The post I saw on cowboy.com said that the pants were designed from athletic wear including yoga pants and bike shorts. The pants have underwear sewn in them like bike shorts and I really liked this idea since this issue makes me really uncomfortable on long trail rides. I ordered the lighter weight fabric and they really did keep me cooler than jeans. This makes sense since denim has so much cotton. And they were so comfortable compared to jeans, I never noticed how the seams rubbed my knees. I really recommend this product for extended rides.
Dislikes: Overall I thought they were really nice. I don't think they would snag in heavy brush or thorns - but chaps would stop that problem.
Quality: The construction was really nice - they are made in America!
Summary: It's a bit of a pain to order online since they aren't carried by any retail locations. But they are really comfortable and great all-around casual riding pants. I highly recommend them.
