Purchase: I bought this bridle from Dressage Extensions for $199.95
Likes: I bought this bridle for my Thoroughbred mare and it looks gorgeous on her. I bought the horse size and it fits my rather large headed warmblood nicely, too. The bridle arrived to me buttery soft without the need for tons of oil. The buckles are very pretty and more of a soft, rounded shape rather than the usual square shape and are not obnoxiously huge. My sensitive horse really likes the comfort crown and the cushiony padding on crank noseband and browband.
Dislikes: The only problem I have with the bridle is the reins it came with. I can't blame it on Kavalkade, as it seems that most dressage bridles come with those horrible web reins.
Quality: This bridle is excellent quality. The holes are all uniform and the buckles go through with no problem. It has held up to daily use with no stretching and it still looks as good as new after a year.
Summary: I would buy this bridle all over again. For less than I would pay for a bridle of equal quality, I was able to buy the Kavalkade bridle and buy a really nice pair of rubber lined leather Kavalkade reins.
