Purchase: A bought this helmet at a local tack shop for about $60. I had bought a schooling helmet when I first started riding, but withen six months gave it to my trainer and bought a Hunt Cap to show with. After two years and one show, this helmet was to tight. I went to a local tack shop the day of my first lesson in a few months (I took the winter off) and needed a good, but cheap helmet. I choose this one because It's confortable, and since I no longer planned on showing. (I can place a black helmet cover on it adn it looks nice and ready for the show ring, and it is comfortable as well) Since I swiched to western riding, I no longer "MUST" wear a tight hunt cap anyway.
Likes: I like how comfortable it is and that it has a dial in the back so I get a nice, safe fit every time. It also in the right size to use with helmet covers, so I can change it from Hunter Green to Black to show in. It is nicely made.
Dislikes: NO COMMENT
Quality: The only thing that has broken on the helmet it when I yanked at the Del Mar logo on the back for 5 min. to see if it would come off. (It did) It also comes with extra padding for the insides to be used if needed.
Summary: The best helmet I have ever had. (I've had 3 in 2.5 years) Good comfortable All-Around Helmet.
