Purchase: I have a "round" mare that all saddles seem to slip on. I bought it through Bit of Britain for around $20 at the time.
Likes: My saddles do not slip with this pad!!! I put it under both my English and Western saddles - on her back and under the pad I am using and it works great. I forgot to put it on one day when my husband was riding my mare and when he went to get on, the saddle slid quite a bit (even being cinched up - and the saddle does fit!!!) I do not have to girth up as tight with this pad.
Dislikes: I can't think of anything. It serves its purpose well.
Quality: I'm not sure exactly what the material is, but there are holes cut out so the back can breath somewhat.
Summary: If you have a horse that the saddle seems to fit, but it still slips around - give this a try. I think it will work for you too!
