Purchase: Ebay for $85.
Likes: Nice bridle, looks stunning on my Frisian cross. The leather is nice and broke in fast. The browband is a thick brass interlinking chain and sets off the Baroque horses heads very nicely. Came with 3 (!) different kinds of reins.
Dislikes: Up close it looks like cheap leather (it isn't) and the leather dye has cracked along the noseband. I wish it had come with a flash or figure 8 instead of just a regular french caveson. Hard as heck to get that browband clean, not to mention all that other brass on the bridle (keeper, buckles etc).
Quality: Well constructed, dye job not so good.
Summary: I probably wouldn't buy this one again, but I do own a brown Rhinegold with a flash and it is a very NICE bridle.
