Parelli
Level 1 Pack
Training Equipment

For Sale on eBay

Manufacturer: Parelli
Model: Level 1 Pack
Category: Training Equipment

Purchase: I won the Level 1 pack through a mail-in contest 3 years ago. I've since attended two Parelli clinics, passed Level 1, progressed in Level 2, and recently found other Parelli people in my area! It's like having a bunch of lessons in a box that you can watch over and over! I was interested in Parelli because my horse and I needed a new approach to horse training. We were having conflicts all the time, rearing, crow-hopping, etc.

Likes: I like that everything is straight-forward and they give you ideas to try should your horse react in such and such a way. The DVDs are a nice thing to have because you can watch them over again and notice new things each time. The equipment (halter, lead rope, carrot stick, etc.) are all high quality.

Dislikes: The only low point is the cost, but you may be able to test-drive the program by checking it out at your library or buying a used version off of craigslist. I would suggest buying the more recent, updated version (orange package).

Quality: The equipment is all very good quality, sturdy and meant to last a long time.

Summary: I would definitely suggest Parelli! It has helped my horse and I in leaps and bounds. I also suggest networking with other Parelli people in your area- it helps to find a support group! People will be amazed by the things you can do with your horse, others may think you are crazy (but they're really jealous!). You can't worry about what other people think- do what works and feels right!
