Purchase: Acquired second hand, and I think it was a couple hundred dollars. Purchased from a friend.
Likes: The saddle is comfortable, though the seat is sort of hard, but not bad. It fit's many different horses (it has the 31 gullet) including our wide quarter horses.
Dislikes: I'm not completely sure why but it throws your leg forward. This is especially bad for anyone with a weak leg, like someone just learning.
Quality: This saddle is extremely high quality. It was rather dry and hard when we got it and it has come back superbly with just simple applications of neatsfoot and regular cleaning.
Summary: I like this saddle even with its little quirk about where IT wants your leg. Otherwise it fits me nicely and is very well made, and second hand can be a great value for the money.
