Purchase: I went to try a horse I was considering buying and they had a Tucker saddle. I never thought these saddle were very pretty, but after sitting in one, I knew why so many people have them for trail riding. I had to have one too. So I stopped at my local (Penchem Tack) tack store the next day and found a nice well used one, that I could not pass up. I paid 350.00 for the saddle. Still like my Circle Y for show, but will use Tucker for trail rides.
Likes: Very comfortable, fits the horse very well. Stock or gaited horse. Comfortable for me and the horse.
Dislikes: They are heavy, but not any heavier than regular stock saddle. The brass in the front is what makes it so heavy to carry.
Quality: Made of highest quality and last a lifetime. As the one I bought looks like it was well ridden and still has many more miles left in it. But what is really nice it is also made for the horse's comfort as well.
Summary: Tucker saddles are well built saddles, that are made for the comfort of horse and rider and don't think you can find a better trail saddle anywhere.
