Purchase: I found this at Back in the Saddle for $79.95, I think it's a "new product"

Likes: I like the way this is a bit form fitting, not too bulky like some vests. It's a prefect addition to winter riding apparel. When I'm freezing colf tacking up I wear a heavy duty coat. Once I start riding and warming up a bit, I take off that one and wear this. It keeps you warm without the bulk of a big coat that interferes with your arms and movement.

Dislikes: It's a bit pricey for my budget, but I'm sure it's worth it. I've never been disappointed with any other Ariat product I've had.

Quality: It's a quilted nylon type of fabric, wind-resistant. I'm not sure exactly what it's made from, and it's nicely insulated. Not too think, not too thick like my old vest was.

Summary: I'm very happy with this vest. Great layering piece on the frigid days, and perfect by itself on a day that just a bit cool. Well, with a shirt on under it!
