Purchase: I was looking for a pair of winter boots that I could work and ride in. I found these boots on Ebay and paid only $30.00 total for them new. That was a real bargain! I have seen these boots advertised anywhere from $80.00 to $125.00.
Likes: I LOVE these boots! I can't even put into words how comfortable they are. I spend hours at the barn and my feet never hurt or feel tired. They are slim enough to ride in, but perform like a work boot. They are waterproof and with Ariat's 4LR technology, my feet really do stay warm. That is amazing to me because in the winter time nothing keeps my feet warm!
I tried a pair of these boots in the zip style and like the laces better because I like my boots to fit tight. The zip style slid too much at my heel and ankle.
Dislikes: If I had to pick something, it would be the very minor fact that when first purchased they are a little stiff, but they do loosen up quickly. Even stiff, they were comfortable!
Quality: Superior quality. These boots are built to last.
Summary: I have never been disappointed with any of the Ariat boots that I have owned. I was lucky to have purchased these boots at such a bargain, but should I need another pair, I would not hesitate to pay full price. They are worth it.
