Purchase: I bought this helmet at Bit of Britian at the Equine Affair in Springfield Mass. I has already gone to the Charles Owen booth and tried on all of thier helmets and found the one that fit best. I paid $179.99 at Bit of Britian.
Likes: I love the craftmanship of this helmet. It is truly worth the money. The harness is extremely soft and the closure of the harness is better than a snap. The velvet is nice too. It is an oval shaped helmet and fits me very well, doesn't fall off when I tip my head upside down.
Dislikes: I don't like the fact that it doesn't have any vents what so ever. The fabric on the inside can get wet, even in the winter. I bought the CO deodorizer for that though. It is not as low profile as some of the other COs, but it fits very well.
Quality: The velvet seams are rolled. The leather is water resistant. It meets all requirements
Summary: Definitly worth the money. A great fitting quality helmet.
