Purchase: I bought these half chaps at Stateline Tack back in September when Stateline was closing out its equine section.
I paid $34.95.
Likes: For the price these chaps have worked well for me. I have short calves and the chaps are not too tall. In the past I have had trouble with half chaps rubbing the back of my knee. I love that they are stretchy. Also they are suede but are half cloth which breathes really well.
Dislikes: There is really nothing that I do not like about this item.
Quality: I have been riding in these half chaps for 6 months and they basically still look good when they are not dirty. Both bottom straps are still attached firmly. I like that there are snaps at the top and bottom. I hate the velcro straps on other chaps. These chaps you just zip them up and go. I have not washed them in the washer so I don't know how well they would hold up to that.
Summary: For the price these half chaps are winners. I will definitely purchase this item again when the time comes.
