Purchase: I bought these boots at the local tack store. They were somewhere around $300 (give or take). I needed some comfortable boots that would last and that I wouldn't cringe everytime I needed to put them on or take them off. (I am quite well exercised in the art of having someone pull your boot off for you as you grab ahold something sturdy!)
Likes: I love the fact that they're zip ups, first of all, and I love how great they look! They sculpt your calf and fit it nice and snugly. Also, I have had these boots for over a year and I have yet to have anything to complain about! They also broke in quite quickly and easily.
Dislikes: The ankle area is the toughest to break in (I've got the blisters to prove it), but once they're broken in to, you can wear them all day.
Quality: I've washed horses with these boots, walked through the mud, scraped them on stuff left and right, and there is nothing that would show for it. The leather is very strong and durable, while flexible and soft to the touch, and the sole of the boot is quite comfortable!
Summary: Great investment if you want something that will last and look good.
