Model: Hunter Classic Saddle (View all Hunter Classic Saddle reviews)
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: I paid about $3000 for it (with leathers) at all the king's horses in Ridgefield, CT.
Likes: it is so great, the leather is exceptional and it doesn't scratch. it does look blotchy when you wash it, but it goes away. the knee blocks work really well and the first time i ever rode in it (on a real horse) i was in a show and my horse refused horribly but i stayed on thank to the "sticky" leather. Also, i've had it almost a year and you cannot tell at all. it looks brand new. (another bonus is it never has to be oiled.)
Dislikes: it is very pricey and it puts your leg a little far back if you don't position it just right.
Quality: the construction is impeccable.
Summary: BUY IT IF YOU CAN.
Usefulness Rating: 2.25 out of 5.
