Purchase: I purchased this pad on sale online from horse.com for about $55.00 for the purpose of starting my 2 1/2 yr old Arab cross under saddle.
Likes: I love the size (32 x 32 is perfect for an Arab cross or younger horse), the color (bright purple!) and most of all, I love that you do not have to cinch the saddle very tight at all to keep in place. This pad really HOLDS and prevents slipping! No chafing, easy to clean and looks quite pretty.
Dislikes: I like everything about this western saddle pad.
Quality: Both the beautiful suede top and the underneath 'tacky' waffle backing are very high quality, long wearing and easy to clean.
Summary: I would definitely recommend this pad and will buy another should this one ever wear out!
