Purchase: I bought this saddle in January for Lancaster's Western wear in Colorado. The saddle came very highly recommended, as I am very petite woman, and wanted something I could rope in and barrel in. And I was very interested in anything Dale Martin was making. I paid $1300.
Likes: It fit's my long withered horse very well, it's deep seated, and just extremely comfortable. It is the only saddle I have been able to barrel race in and rope in.
Dislikes: Well, I guess to nit pick, I don't like the ruby crystal they put in the concho, but that is about all I can come up with.
Quality: Excellent leather, beautiful tooling, great stitching. A testament to Dale Martin's superior products.
Summary: Great saddle, in fact I am looking at buying the X Series barrel racer to add to the collection, and my boyfriend ordered his yesterday!
