Purchase: I purchased these gloves from SmartPak about a year ago. They cost around $40.
Likes: I love these gloves. I bought them because my hands are FREEZING in the winter time and I was planning on doing a lot of outdoor riding last winter. They definitely kept my hands warm and shielded from the wind. I'm thinking about getting another pair just for every day (not riding) use because I have so much trouble finding gloves that will actually keep my hands warm. Also, I love that these gloves are very thin, because they allow me to do anything with them on, including buckle those tiny throat-strap buckles and putting my hair up for my helmet. They also have nice grip. I've been wearing them while reschooling a 16.2 hand race horse to do english pleasure and he doesn't get the reins out of my hands with these on! Also, they look professional.
Dislikes: Really, nothing. My hands sweat in them when I wear them and it's too warm out, but I bought them as *winter* riding gloves, so that's to be expected.
Quality: After a year of rough wear, these gloves honestly still look new. There's not a single stitch loose. They are reinforced in all the right places. It really is a well-designed glove.
Summary: I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a winter riding glove. If you have trouble keeping your hands warm during the winter, these are the gloves for you!
