Purchase: Purchased through Hilason e-bay website, paid $295. Was hoping to get a lightweight, soft flexible saddle as described on their website.
Likes: Good quality harness leather and well stitched and constructed.
Dislikes: Saddle was totally unrideable. Leather in the seat was peaked the entire length of the seat and was hard as iron. Rode for one hour in this saddle and was sore for two weeks.
Contacted Hilason representative by phone, no satisfaction. They would only take the saddle back as an exchange for an upgrade. I wrote the president of Hilason but was ignored.
Quality: Construction and quality of the leather was good.
Summary: Do not do business with this company. I found their product to be not as advertised and you will get no satisfaction from them when you complain.
