Purchase: I bought these stirrups from Smartpak for $80. They seemed comparable to the $250 pair that I'd been eyeing for a while but couldn't afford.
Likes: I can't imagine the $250 pair could be any better. I'm so glad I went for these and saved myself $170! I'd been having problems with my ankles. They would get sore during riding, and *every* time I dismounted, I'd get this shooting pain up my leg. These stirrups put less pressure on my ankles, because they allow them to move more freely than regular stirrups. I haven't had ankle/leg pain since I started using these stirrups.
Dislikes: Nothing at all.
Quality: Very good quality. I've had them for about 8 months now and they look brand new. They came with both regular rubber pads and metal "grippy" pads for muddy days, and even a carry bag.
Summary: These are great stirrups, especially if you have ankle trouble. Don't waste your money on the more expensive ones!
