Purchase: I got this helmet for myself from Kahoots. I am going to take riding classes again and I needed a nice helmet for lessons, but not a show offy Troxel Grand Prix Gold one. I believed I paid $49.00 dollars on sale since it was a floor sample.
Likes: I like the way it looks on my head since I really don't like hats or helmets. :) It was great the way I could adjust it when I put my hair in pigtails or ponytails. It was very inexpensive and durable.
Dislikes: It was very warm to ride in summer. The vents aren't helping and they make my head look big. When I touch the peak it makes this creepy crackle noise. And the peak also makes it hard to see when it slides.
Quality: The quality was above average, but not excellent and the construction was great except for the peak.
Summary: I love this helmet and how its made and I think the price is worth it. I am very picky about everything and its won me over. Everything is great except the vents.
