Purchase: I purchased this halter through Equus Now when they were having their 20% off store-wide clearance, so it was about $ 17.95.
Likes: I liked the fact that it was padded, because since my horse goes out with his halter on (he is extremely difficult to catch) I wanted something comfortable for him to wear so he didn't get any rubs on his head which he had gotten from other halters. It was a beautiful halter and fit him great.
Dislikes: I have had it but a week, and yesterday the screw fell out of the leather holding them in, and hence it broke. I also heard from others around the barn that alot of others had gotten that halter and had had the same experience. So be aware, if you get the halter, it will probably fall apart within a week!
Quality: Product Description: 100% nylon plaid with brass hardware and leather safety release. Cushioned neoprene padding on the inside noseband and behind the ears. Features include an adjustable chin and rolled throat with snap. Triple thick cheeks and reinforced buckles make this attractive and long-lasting-->NOT!!
Summary: It is a very cute halter, but the quality is poor, I would reccomend spending your money on another halter that might be more expensive, but hold up longer than a week.
