Purchase: I bought this saddle online at Gotreeless.com. My Spotted saddle horse has saddle fitting issues. This was our 10th and last saddle. I paid 1,097.98. worth every penny!
Likes: The leather is soft supple and you can tell its a high grade of leather. The saddle does not feel like you are riding on a bareback pad. It feels like a saddle. It is also comfortable for my SSH. He was not gaiting and I was working with him for over a year trying to get him to gait. I tried this saddle and he gaited immediately. He gaits for longer periods of time. My trainer says we both look comfortable in it. Oh yeah its weight. It weighs about 16 pounds. Nice compared to my old 30 pound.
Dislikes: I Didn't find it 9 saddles ago!!!!!
Quality: The leather as stated above is a great soft and supple leather. The stitching is tight. It has a great look and padded feel. Again like a saddle not bareback pad and not a balloon either. The color I bought was black and brown and it looks rich. I have had nothing but compliments about how good it looks.
Summary: I highly recommend this saddle brand if you have hard to fit horses or not hard to fit horses. I also recommend the seller. Jeannean was courteous, answered all my questions. I tried two other tress saddles and she waited for me to make the decision and not once did she try to push it on me. I also had a 10 day no obligation demo period. You pay for the shipping you buy the saddle you pay for the saddle only.
