Jumping Saddles

Manufacturer: Circuit
Model: Elite EQ
Category: Jumping Saddles

Purchase: I got this saddle from dover. It was on clearance for $699. I wanted another saddle, because i was having back to back classes, and it was quite hard to switch my tack to another horse and make it to the show ring. I had heard good things about the Elite, and figured i could use this on my equitation horse.

Likes: It looks very nice, and i got matching everything, so my horse looked wonderful. It was a comfy saddle, for the most part, and fit my long legs better than the Elite that i tried in a tack store. I had to send my Hermes Stienkraus to have my nameplate but put back on, and used this on my regular horse, and it fit him well too.

Dislikes: Well, the color rubs off quite easy, but since i don't use this saddle except for my equitation classes at the show and two days a week for lessons on my EQ horse, it seems to be holding up well. It isn't of Hermes, Devacoux, CWD or even Pessoa quality, but it saved me a ton of money.

Quality: This seems to be made well, but if i rode in it everyday like i do my Hermes i don't think it would hold up very well. The color rubbing off is bad though.

Summary: A good buy, just for a second, or amateur saddle.
