Purchase: I bought this saddle from dover because I love pessoa's, and had a really old classic model, but only catchride horses, so i needed a saddle to fit anything from ponies to 17.3 hh horses. My classic also fell apart, so i needed a cheaper saddle because i couldn't sell my old one to get any money. I paid about 1700 with all the gullet plates, and 2 bridles, and a martingale.
Likes: I love this saddle. It is very comfy, and the gullet system works wonderfully. It fits all the horses I ride, and supports me over anything from Small Pony Hunters to 4" jumpers. Other people have ridden in it, and loved it to. The color matches the pony and Full size bridle i bought, and the martingale to! It may not be as nice as the A/o, but it does wonders for me!
Dislikes: Well, once you start jumping above 3'6", you don't have as much support, though it isn't to bad. I think the Legacy XP3 would be better fir showjumping.
Quality: Well constructed, the gullet system is wonderful!
Summary: Great saddle for people riding multiple different sized horses.
