Purchase: I have two of these pads, one of which I acquired from Dover and one from my local tack shop for about $25.
Likes: These are the perfect saddle pads. They are thick without being bulky, provide some protection to saddle and horse without getting in the way of saddle fit, they look quite nice, and they are long enough to give ample room front and back for even a large (18" or 19" or one with extended panels).
They have no girth or billet straps to foozle with (joy in cold winter weather!) or to cause pressure points. The Rambo pad NEVER slips, EVER!
These pads have held up to many, many washes, and have only just started to fade a tiny bit (I always use the same side up, but even the sweaty side still looks good).
Dislikes: Nothing bad to say. It's the perfect pad! Maybe some additional color choices would be nice, especially if one wanted to match her eventing or barn colors or something.
Quality: Excellent quality, all around.
