Purchase: I ordered these boots at the Bony Pony in Mt. Vernon. I was looking for a low priced, good quality boot. I paid $159.95 for these boots.
Likes: The thing i liked most about the boots were that they had rubber ties instead of laces. Also that the sizes fit my leg pretty well.
Dislikes: What i didn't like about the boots are the following:
-The zipper broke about three weeks after i had bought them.
- the rubber bands wore down and broke about 3 months after i bought them.
- Also the leather wore down quickly and lost its shine.
- Furthermore, the seam between the sole of the boot and the inside of the toe. came unstitched and cracked. This still happen even thought i cleaned them very well and consistently and only wore them when i rode. i have only had the boots for one year and i have had to get rid of them because they kept breaking.
Quality: The boot are considered in my prospective very poor quality and should be built a lot stronger and more durable.
Summary: I really like the comfort of the boots but overall i was very disappointed and will never buy anything from Ovation again.
