It appears that we cannot find any track of the "issues" you are talking about and we have no customers matching your names in our database so we cannot contact you.
It seems to us that our competitors might be trying to ruin our excellent reputation and customer service by making up bad reviews from customers who don't exist. Some of our competitors have already done that on other websites and horse forums... pretending to be riders who had bad experiences with CWD to try to turn customers into buying their saddles.
We have always refused to "play the same game" so we are not placing any negative comments regarding our competitors' products, but we would like to bring this situation up to you... the riders who read and trust these reviews.
We are always ready to discuss any issue that a customer might have and we always follow up with after sale service until our riders are fully satisfied!
I have been personally taking care of all customers' issues over the past 2 years and I cannot remember any of these 2 cases, which are described as very bad experiences. It seems to me that I would have remembered these customers.
