Purchase: I had this Button Flash Attachment special ordered from Smart Pak Equine as they are a reseller of Mortack bridles. Paid approx $35 incld shipping. I wanted a flash to use on an young horse that matched my Imperial bridle and really liked the "button" attachment instead of the traditional buckle or slip.

Likes: Classy Classy Classy! Stainless Herm Sprenger button works just like a billet hook-stud on many english bridles, but w/o the "hook" part. Looks more like a silver earring stud. The leather is oak colored and oiled VERY well, beautiful supple French leather. Easy to work with on arthritic or tendon damaged hands. Beautifully blends in even with the fancy stitching on the noseband.
Dislikes: absolutely none. I suppose if I were to nit pick, the strap that goes over the noseband would be too short to button for nosebands over 5/8" or extremely thick padded nosebands. Used best with English Hunter width nosebands. But thats nit picking. Mine fit fine.

Summary: Worth every penny...I would have probably paid more...and its just a flash attachment! I love the button style, no fussing around with buckles, no need to undo bridle, can be removed with one hand just before entering the show ring. I wish these were more readily available!
