Purchase: I have two of these. I bought my pink one a year ago from state line tack when they were closing out. Everything was half off so it was around $20, normally $40. I also purchased one at a tack swap with swarovski crystals on them for $40.
Likes: I like how they are very show like. I use mine as show pads and i can throw them over any wool liner, pad, etc and it works fabulous. They have very nice quality, I've never had any tears, cloth ripping etc. NEVER. They are easy to put on even for the beginner rider. They don't have to fold over as many times as some of them do. and they are breathable.
Dislikes: I didn't like how easy hair got attached to it. I had a wool liner under both of them anytime i used them but that didn't stop my horses coat from reaching the saddle blanket itself. Before shows i have to take it to car vacuums to get them vacuumed out all the way, even then the hair is extremely difficult to keep hair off.
Quality: These have nice wool, they aren't really thin and they aren't really thick. They are just about right. They fold in half evenly and I've never had one rip in the blanket. Both of mine are still in amazing condition. All i have to do is get my swarovski crystal one dry cleaned, but i can wash my pink one in my washer.
Summary: overall i really like these. I will definitely buy more as they are handy to have. Especially if you like to switch the color around on your horse a lot. I switch mine from turquoise, to pink and i hope to get a lime green one soon!
