Purchase: With help from your site and the folks at Dover, I chose this saddle for our short-backed, wide withered and traditionally built Morgans. We purchased it with the exchangeable gullet system as we needed a wide gullet; the saddle ships with a medium. It took some muscle to change the metal gullet plate, but it was easier than the Wintecs. As we will use it for both arena work and trail riding, we chose the more durable buffalo leather. We paid $2099 plus $50 shipping and 22.90 for the other gullet plate.
Likes: I like the close to the horse feel combined with a nice, soft seat for the rider. I rode it with two of our horses on two hour trails rides this past weekend and had absolutely even sweat marks on both horses' backs! The billet system pulls from both the back and front of the saddle like many of the newer endurance saddles, which I really appreciate in terms of saddle stability and fit to the back. Should we have a horse with a medium withered back later on, we'll be able to reinsert the gullet plate that came with the saddle, also a plus. This saddle is definitely a keeper.
Dislikes: The only thing that I can complain about is that changing gullets is not something you'd want to do regularly.
Quality: I found the construction and quality very fine for a middle-priced saddle.
Summary: My horses and I are very happy with this saddle, expect to use it for many years.
