Model: Special Edition
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: I ordered this saddle for a trial at Dover Saddlery. I paid about $1,520 with shipping.
Likes: After I opened the box I noticed it was soft leather and smelled like good leather. The saddle had this great printed leather on the flaps with soft french leather on the seat and knee rolls. It came with a good green cover lined in fleece.
Dislikes: It runs narrow. It didn't even fit on the saddle rack at my house it was so narrow. Dover failed to include this in their description of the saddle.
Quality: The quality is excellent! It is very pleasing to look at. The narrow tree is the only thing that bugs me about the saddle.
Summary: I would have kept the saddle if the tree wasn't so narrow. But it would be a good fit for a narrow, high withered TB.
Usefulness Rating: 0 out of 5.
