Purchase: I bought these at Barrington Saddlery near my house on sale for $59.00 (originally $119.00)
Likes: I love the fit of these pants! The bootcut helps slim my legs and the corduroy material feels very soft. They feel comfortable in the saddle, and even though they are a cooler weather item, the pants felt less stifling than my other schooling breeches. These pant/breeches are also very flattering, even in the brown color I choose.
Dislikes: The only thing I do not like is the zipper/crotch area. These are supposed to be low-rise, which they are, although the zipper area is long and it bulges out (making me look like I have a bulge in my pants!). Other than that small issue, I really love wearing these.
Quality: Like most Ariat products, very well constructed. The stitching is superb and the knee-patches are high quality.
Summary: Very good looking breech/pant. Perfect for fall or spring weather, and they look good outside of the barn!
