Purchase: Kincade- tried it from dover for $299.
HDR pony- local tack store $749.
Pony Pessoa- Same tack store as HDR, $815.
Circuit Pony- from dover, $499.
I wanted a pony saddle for my pony hunter, and decided to try a few different brands, and return the ones i didn't like.
Likes: Kincade- It was cheap.
HDR pony- It was very comfortable, and i felt supported!
Pony Pessoa- Leather is outstanding, fit feels custom, color is beautiful, and i always feel supported.
Circuit- Price, BIG knee blocks supported me and i felt balanced.
Dislikes: Kincade- EVERYTHING. It was cheap, i slid around, and it pinched my horse like crazy. She was bucking and rearing when i rode in this!
HDR- the color started rubbing off instantly, and was kind of hard.
Pony Pessoa- Nothing. A few of my friends have had SUPER squeaky ones, but mine is perfect.
Circuit- I didn't like the leather, and something just felt funny sitting in it. I didn't like the way the knee blocks looked.
Quality: Kincade- Nothing else to say but HORRID.
HDR- very well constructed. of Ok quality.
Pony Pessoa- Can you say amazing?
Circuit- Dover needs to make a few adjustments, but its OK.
Summary: You get what you pay for, and the Pony Pessoa is worth every penny. DONT BUY A KINCADE. I finally kept the pessoa, but sold the HDR to a friend who loves it. The kincade and circuit were refunded.
