Purchase: I bought this online for about $28 because I needed fly and sun protection for my gray mare.
Likes: good materials, seems to be comfortable for the horse. Does what it's supposed to do.
Dislikes: Although my horse is 14.2 arabian and wears a normal horse size halter, the 'horse size' of this item is a bit too big, specifically the nose part is too long. It has sort of 'self-adjusted' by folding under itself when she grazes. This mask also does not stay on very well (although I understand with fly masks this is kind of goes with the territory). There is only one velcro under the chin, and the velcro loop part doesn't extend as long as the hook part so only about three inches of the six potential inches can attach itself so the hold is probably a lot less than it could have been if the loop part were either longer or sewn up farther.
Quality: I had to restitch one side of the mask seam because it began to pull apart. I went ahead and reinforced the other side so it wouldn't happen over there as well.
Summary: Overall good design with a little room for improvement. When it stays on, it works great.
