Purchase: I bought this saddle used for $1200 from a friend who had become to tall for it. I have had it for about two years.
Likes: This saddle is top quality. It is very well constructed. The leather is very nice and it is solidly built. I ride in this saddle four to six days a week and it still looks like new. My horse is very difficult to fit as it seems most saddles are made for thoroughbreds, not small warmbloods. She has a wide back and this saddle fits her beautifully.
Dislikes: It is very hard to think of anything I dislike about this saddle. I do wish it had thigh blocks but that's because my leg position isn't great.
Quality: The seams of this saddle are very tight. It is well padded and very well built for a lot of use. It has beautiful soft leather and, although broken in, it does not appear to have broken down at all. I am not the best at taking care of equipment but, this saddle has not suffered due to my neglect.
Summary: I think this saddle is a great saddle for anyone who wants a long lasting, well constructed saddle. Although a bit pricey new, a used one can be found and they are worth every penny of investment. It is a saddle to last a life time.
