Purchase: I bought this saddle used on ebay for $580 because I decided to focus more on dressage again (I have gone back and forth from dressage to hunters a couple times and finally found a trainer who could teach me both) and I wanted a nice quality used saddle that I did not have to spend a fortune on.
Likes: I like almost everything about this saddle. The leather is soft and of high quality. The seat is also really comfortable. I also like the knee rolls. They are the small knee rolls which I love (I don't like big knee rolls, they always feel like they restrict my leg). This saddle has also fit every horse I have used it on, from a narrow, high-withered Thoroughbred to smaller, wider horses.
Dislikes: The only thing that I don't love is the short billets. This causes me to have to use a hunter size girth instead of a dressage girth. That is not a major problem though.
Quality: I have only had this saddle for a month or two, but it was used before, and overall, the quality seems amazing. Other than some discoloring on the seat and where the stirrup leathers rest on the flaps, the saddle is in good condition. The leather seems fine (no cracking, etc.) and the stitching has not come out or pulled. Overall, this seems to be a nice quality, well built saddle.
Summary: Overall, this is an amazing saddle. It is very comfortable and is a wonderful quality saddle. I would definitely recommend this saddle to anyone who wants a nice dressage saddle that would hold up well.
