Purchase: I purchased several items from chicksaddlery.com about a month ago. Previously I have not had much of a problem with them... but this time was different.
They're usually one of the cheapest stores to buy from, but be warned!! You get what you pay for!!
Likes: I like the fact that they're inexpensive... but then again it's not worth the hassle...
Dislikes: Where to begin? The order came in three separate shipments, the third I never got (I'll explain in a bit) I returned all but two items, and exchanged one for a bigger size. The rest of the items were crap. The bridle felt as though it was made of cardboard, the western spur straps too - not to mention they were HUGE, which you would have never guessed from the description. The breastplate was never received. I called twice and they said it would be on it's way. Today when I called the woman told me, "Oh, that item is discontinued, you'll never get that." I told her about my previous two calls, and she gave me an attitude and hung up on me. (also, the Raised Hunter Breastplate is still listed on their site; be warned!)
Quality: Like I said earlier, the leather products are horrible. You get what you pay for.
Summary: DON'T BUY FROM CHICK'S!!!!! Their products are a horrible quality (specifically leather)and their customer service is even worse!
