Likes: my horse, a grey, had a very sensitive skin. the no fly zone kept her fly-free without giving her the "hot spots" some other products did.
Dislikes:
Quality: never had to replace the spray unit which did happen often with other brands.
Summary: had recommended it to friends who were using more expensive, oil based products and they were surprised at it's effectiveness.
