Purchase: I paid 299 for this saddle. I had just gotten a new show saddle, and didnt want to wear it down to fast, so i purchased this to use for schooling.
Likes: Well, a saddle for 299 is an amazing deal!
Dislikes: First, i bought a medium tree. It pinched my mare horribly! I went back and purchased the wide tree, which only pinched her a little bit, which was odd for normally she is a medium tree horse! I slid all over in this saddle, no matter how hard i gripped. Against my better judgement, i tried jumping in it. The stirrup keeper broke while i was in the air ( I was swished out of my saddle, gripping for my life) and i ended up on the ground. I looked down, and my Tailored Sportsman breeches were stained with the dye! I returned it to the tack store the next day, and they said similar things had happened to other people!
Quality: Ok, if you enjoy riding in glued-together equipment.
Summary: I decided that you get what you pay for with these saddles. I recently bought a used Pessoa online and couldn't be happier.
